é formado em Biblioteconomia pela Escuela
Nacional de Bibliotecarios e em Artes pela
Universidad de Buenos Aires. É professor
de Produção Cinematográfica,
Semiologia e Semiótica do Cinema, diretor
do Departamento da Biblioteca e coordenador
da produção de Curtas-metragens
da Universidad del Cine e leciona a cadeira
de Teoria e Estética do Teatro na Universidad
de Buenos Aires. Membro do comitê do
5° Festival Internacional de Escolas de
Cinema e do conselho editorial da revista
eletrônica de cinema
Otro Campo (www.otrocampo.com.ar). É
autor de ensaios sobre cinema e teatro, e
traduziu peças de Pasolini para o espanhol.
Luis Alberto Facelli . graduated
as a Librarian at the Escuela Nacional de
Bibliotecarios and in Arts at the Universidad
de Buenos Aires. He is a professor of Film
Production, Semiology and Film Semiotics,
director of the Library Department and coordinator
the short film production of the Universidad
del Cine and lecturer at the chair of Theater
Theory and Esthetics at the Universidad de
Buenos Aires. Member of the 5th International
Festival of Film Schools committee and of
the Otro Campo Film Review Editorial Board
(www.otrocampo.com.ar). Author of articles
on cinema and theater, he translated Pasolini's
plays into Spanish.
Emil (Milek) Knebel . Professor
de Cinema e TV da Universidade de Tel Aviv,
ministra seminários intensivos de
direção na dffb (Berlim, Alemanha),
ESCAC (Barcelona, Espanha), e na Universidade
Nacional de Cingapura. Por muitos anos tem
lecionado cinema na Tisch School of the
Arts da Universidade de Nova York, na SUNY
Purchase, e na Escola de Cinema Sam Spiegel.
Seu trabalho em cinema inclui fotografia,
roteiro e direção de longas-metragens
e documentários. Seus muitos créditos
profissionais em cinema incluem "Come
Back Africa", "Wonderful Times",
"Black Banana", "Adam",
entre outros.

conducts intensive film directing seminars
at the dffb (Berlin, Germany), ESCAC (Barcelona,

Singapore. For many years, he has been teaching
Film at the Tisch School of the Arts of

and at the Sam Spiegel Film School. His
work in filmmaking includes cinematography,
screenplay writing and directing features

da Feira, 2003).
João Luiz Vieira . Researcher,
writer and professor of Film Language and
Theory of the Film and Video Department
and of the Post-graduation Program in Communication,
Image and Information of the Universidade
Federal Fluminense. Doctor in Film Studies
for the New York University, is the author
of, among others, "Cinema Novo and
